Masta Rivers

Masta – Rivers was born out of a partnership between Masta Services Company Ltd and Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority (GPHCDA) for the Rivers State Government. This partnership created the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) “Masters-Rivers Developments Company Limited” to develop PH-AirportCity, a project envisioned to put Port Harcourt back on the Global Destination Map.

Masta Services Company Ltd. holds a 70% equity stake in the SPV, while GPHCDA holds a 30% equity stake. The GPHCDA has provided the land for the project, about 80 hectares for 2,000 housing units.

Masta Services Co. Ltd., a recognised name in construction and engineering, is bringing over 35 years of excellence and expertise to build and execute this massive project.

The PH-AirportCity is being built on the proposed M10-8 lane highway behind the Amasiemaka Stadium, Igwuruta-Ali.
